SIG Sauer just announced the release of an interesting new take from the P320 family of pistols. The SIG P320-XTEN ENDURE marks the beginning of a new series, targeting outdoorsmen and hunters that spend time in rough country.

The P320-XTEN ENDURE comes with a really unique, fully Cerakoted slide. The finish provides protection against the elements while also bringing an exclusive laser-etched topographic pattern. The first ENDURE Series pistol out of the SIG Custom Works makes grabs attention right out of the gate.

The pistol features a 5-inch bull barrel for accurate shooting. Meanwhile, the optics-ready slide provides a PRO footprint for optics attachment. The platform also utilizes XRAY3 Day/Night Sights.

An exclusive ENDURE XSeries grip module incorporates agressive LXG laser stippling for a secure grip in all weather conditions. SIG Sauer has really put an emphasis on the hunting market in recent years. From the wonderfully designed Cross line of bolt-action rifles to its full emersion into riflescopes, SIG is putting out products hunter’s are asking for. The 10mm remains popular, achieving near cult status among some, especially those that trek into wild places. In some respects, this is just a P320 chambered in 10mm with a cool finish, sure. But when you add it all up, consider the optic-ready package, bull barrel and more, it sure scratches a lot of itches for what many seek in a pistol designed for rough country.
