Wyoming based Lucid Optics is releasing an updated version of the L7 1–6×24 mm LPVO (Low Power Variable Optic). The shooting public has reached a point where it is now more common to see LPVOs mounted on general purpose, tactical and competition oriented AR-15 rifles along with other semi auto designs.
“The L7 [LPVO] took a moment to get right,” said Jason Wilson, the CEO of Lucid Optics. “While listening to our customers, competitive shooters, law enforcement and tactical operators, we achieved a crystal clear true 1X to 6X performance optic. The engineering of this scope was painstakingly long, but the outcome even surpassed my expectations.”
The Lucid L7 LPVO is built on a durable 30mm wide aircraft grade aluminum one-piece main tube. This riflescope was designed to endure abuse across any shooting situation regardless of the user. Both the windage and elevation adjustments dial out to 60 MOA in either direction. The turrets have Lucid Optics own simply adjustable locking design where shooters need to lift, adjust and press down to lock in while also giving one the capability to re-zero. This sturdy optic is rated for calibers up to .458 SOCOM.
