First Look: Magpul EHG Module For The Ruger RXM
The new RXM pistol is a result of Magpul’s partnership with Ruger to make a polymer-frame, striker-fired 9 mm semi-automatic pistol. The RXM has an internal chassis that is the serialized portion of the firearm. That serialization means that the grip can be customized in an almost unlimited number of ways. Magpul is capitalizing on this fact by introducing the Enhanced Handgun Grip (EHG) for the RXM platform as a separate standalone option. The EHG is currently available in either stealth grey or black and has a proprietary TSP texture for more secure contact with your pistol. There is also a universal rail under the slide to mount a light, laser or other accessory, an undercut trigger guard for a higher grip and a flared magazine well for faster reloads.
EHG RG9 Grip – Ruger RXM Compact Features:
- ¾-scale TSP texture on the front strap, back strap, side panels and forward index pads
- Magazine well flare for easier reloading
- Universal light/laser accessory rail
- Trigger guard undercut for a high grip and improved shooter comfort
- Magazine-release scallop allows easy access to the textured magazine release
- Heel of the grip features a carry cutout for less printing while concealed
- Compatible with Magpul GL9 magazines and other OEM mags built to the same pattern
- Uses most Gen3 magazine release components, slide stop components and holsters, as well as other parts
- Ships with magazine release, magazine release spring, slide lock spring, and takedown pin spring
